The Property AI Summit is organised by Property Filter Limited, company number 13311178, registered in England and Wales at Union House, 111 New Union Street, Coventry, CV1 2NT. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference ZB340854. Privacy questions: propertyaisummit@property-filter.co.uk. This page explains what happens to the information you give us on this site.

What we collect

• What you type into the waitlist form and the questionnaire: your name, email address and, if you choose to share them, mobile number, company and website, plus your answers (including roughly where you are based).
• Basic technical context when you submit: the page you arrived on, the campaign that brought you here, your browser type and country.
• A record of the permissions you give us: what you agreed to receive, and when.

What we use it for, and why we are allowed to

• To hold your waitlist place and give you first access when tickets open: because you asked us to when you joined (your consent).
• To build the day around what attendees actually need: that is why we ask the questionnaire. We look at answers in aggregate (our legitimate interest in designing a useful event).
• To email you about the Property AI Summit, including when tickets go on sale: with your consent, given when you join the waitlist.
• To email you about our AI Property Brain programme: only if you tick that box. You can change your mind at any time.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect straight away; we keep a minimal record of your opt-out so we never email you again by mistake.

What we do not do

• We never sell your data.
• We only share it with the service providers that run this site and our email tools, under contract. Where a provider is based outside the UK, we use UK-approved safeguards so that the protection for your data is not materially lower than under UK data protection law.

Where it lives, and for how long

Your data is stored with Cloudflare in Western Europe. We keep it until 12 months after the Summit, then delete it. If you unsubscribe and we have no other relationship with you, we delete it sooner.

Cookies and analytics

Three things measure this site, and they are treated differently.

• Cloudflare Web Analytics runs for everyone. It counts page views and referrers, it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and it does not build a profile of you. Because it stores nothing on your device, it does not need your consent.
• Google Analytics 4 sets cookies, so it only runs after you accept it in the banner. Until you accept, the Google script is not even loaded. We use it to see which parts of the page get read, which waitlist questions get skipped, and which channel brought you here, so we can shape the Summit agenda and stop wasting budget on channels that do not work. We operate it under the UK and EEA data processing terms, with advertising personalisation switched off, so it is not used to follow you around other websites.
• The Meta pixel sets cookies, so it also only runs after you accept it in the banner, and the Meta script is not loaded until then. We run ads for the Summit on Facebook and Instagram, and this is how we know whether an ad actually brought someone to the waitlist rather than just a click. Meta can match that visit to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for advertising, including on other websites. If that is not something you want, choose Essential only: you still get the same site and the same place on the waitlist.

If you choose Essential only, we do not load Google Analytics or the Meta pixel, and we delete any Google or Meta cookies already on your device. Nothing on this site depends on accepting: the waitlist and the questionnaire work exactly the same either way.

You can change your answer at any time from the Cookie choices link in the footer of the home page. Withdrawing is one click, the same as giving consent.

Keeping the form from being abused

To stop automated signups we count how many times the same connection submits the form in an hour. Your IP address is turned into a one-way fingerprint before it is stored, so we keep a counter, not your address. Nothing about this is used for marketing or shared with anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it (including for marketing, always), restrict it, get a copy of it, or withdraw any consent you gave, at any time. Reply to any of our emails, or write to propertyaisummit@property-filter.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, email us with the subject "Data protection complaint" and we will look into it and tell you the outcome. You can also complain to the ICO at any time: ico.org.uk / 0303 123 1113.
